Do's & Don'ts in Diabetes :
Don't skip or delay meals or snacks to avoid hypoglycemia.
Avoid sweets, fried foods and food with high-cholesterol.
Carry a glucose source at all time.
Avoid excess use of sugar, salt, oil, butter, bakery products and red meat.
Drink a good amount of water.
Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits. (Avoid banana, Mango, Chikoo, Grapes).
Do regular exercise (yoga, walking, jogging, cycling, breathing exercise).
